715-352-2700We cannot stress enough how grateful we are for the patients we have! Our Wausau office on Grand Avenue has truly blossomed and our staff and patients have undoubtedly connected! It is undeniable that the majority of our new patients come from word of mouth — our patients sharing to friends and family of their good experiences at the dentist. We recently acquired through our current and loyal patient Sara, a referral for an entire family! The mother, Nicole, called and said that Sara had recommended Dr. Brie and our office because we are all so nice here — you can imagine how great that makes us feel!
Nicole had been taking both her boys to another children’s dentist in town and was unhappy. We immediately set up a comprehensive oral exam first with Dr. Brie. The boys were so sweet and did really well. They got to pick out of the prize bin and loved it. (Nicole and her two sons pictured right.)
Nicole even took time out of her busy work day to call us and personally say thank you! She said her son felt really comfortable and his tooth feels great now after a little work. She said that from start to finish she was really happy and felt very welcomed, as did her husband. We are excited for them to be a part of our fun dental family and want to spread the word that all families are welcome at Szmanda Dental.
We want to keep growing families such as Nicole’s and have now started a new promotion where each new child patient at our Grand Avenue Szmanda Dental location will receive a Junior Admission Pass to Noah’s Ark to use this season!
